The recommended tree skirt diameters are estimates based on our tree dimensions. For the best fit, measure the width of your tree at its widest point and select a tree skirt diameter at least 15 cm larger.

Warranty
Christmas Trees
Non-clearance trees are covered by a 3-year limited warranty. Clearance trees have a 60-day limited warranty. The warranty for all trees covers:
- Quality of tree frame, foliage, hinges, and stand
- Repair or replacement of factory-installed lights (excluding burned-out bulbs)
Any repair or replacement of defects in those parts are covered by the warranty within the specified time frame.
Wreaths, Greenery & Décor
Products other than trees are covered by our 30-day premium guarantee. Please inspect your product upon delivery and notify us within 30 days if there is any damage or defects. Our team is ready to provide a quick resolution.
