How Big Should a Christmas Wreath Be for My Front Door?

For a standard 90 cm door, a 60 cm to 66 cm wreath fills the space proportionally. For double doors or an oversized entry, choose a 75 cm to 90 cm wreath.

What Is the Best Way to Hang a Heavy Christmas Wreath?

Use a heavy-duty wreath hanger rated for the wreath's weight, or loop a wide satin or velvet ribbon over the top of the door. For wreaths over 2.3 kg, check the door hardware to ensure it can bear the load without stress on the frame.

How Much Garland Do I Need for a Front Door?

Measure the door perimeter (two times the width plus the height) and add 20-25% for draping. A standard 90 cm by 203 cm door needs approximately 457 cm to 518 cm of garland for a modest drape; add more for cascading loops.

Can I Leave Christmas Wreaths and Garlands Outside?

Balsam Hill outdoor wreaths and garlands are constructed for exterior use, with UV-resistant foliage designed to withstand elements and light precipitation. Avoid leaving pre-lit items in sustained heavy rain.

What's the Difference Between Indoor and Outdoor Christmas Wreaths?

Outdoor wreaths use UV-treated, weather-resistant foliage and frames. Indoor wreaths may use more delicate materials, such as dried botanicals and silk ribbon, that are not rated for rain or wind.
