Sizing Guide
The recommended tree collar diameters are estimates based on our tree dimensions. For the best fit, measure the diameter of your tree base, whether it's the included stand or a rolling stand, and add 6.5 cm.
- 183–198 cm
- Tree bases between 30.5–66 cm: 56–71 cm collar
- 213–274 cm
- Tree bases between 40.5–84 cm: 56–86 cm collar
- 305–427 cm
- Tree bases between 71–126 cm: 79–132 cm collar

Warranty
Christmas Trees
Non-clearance trees are covered by a 3-year limited warranty. Clearance trees have a 60-day limited warranty. The warranty for all trees covers:
- Quality of tree frame, foliage, hinges, and stand
- Repair or replacement of factory-installed lights (excluding burned-out bulbs)
Any repair or replacement of defects in those parts are covered by the warranty within the specified time frame.
Wreaths, Greenery & Décor
Products other than trees are covered by our 30-day premium guarantee. Please inspect your product upon delivery and notify us within 30 days if there is any damage or defects. Our team is ready to provide a quick resolution.
